Our Mediterranean Cuisine .:.
Not just opened to hotel guests the
“De Carmine” restaurant is something we
pride ourself on.
Our cuisine,mainly based upon fish dishes gets its
roots back to the healthy and renowned “Mediterranean
Diet”, finding its origins in this proper land,
the “Cilento”.
Here are in synthesis the key-principles of the Mediteranean
Diet, therefore adopted by our restaurant:

(Beef, Pork, Lamb, cold cuts, Margarine, cooking
and dairy fats.)

Vegetable oils pursuing instead
of solid fats for a 70% decrease of the global
caloric intake.
